Bad service ever experience

I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this company. I order hair product on the 27 July and made payment on the same day, but till today I have not receive any feedback regarding delivery of my products, and I have sent emails and called them with no response. If anyone out there has their whats app number please provide me with it I need it desperately. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have never been treated like this. I though i was the only one
