bad service ever
I ordered hair products from eco essential and made payments for my order, its been 3 weeks I haven't received my package, they keep on promising that they will track my order and provide me with a feedback but nothing still waiting for the feedback till now, and when i call they line its not getting through. I'm so disappointed in their service, not happy at all.

22 Nov 2018, 10:57Thank you so much Eco Essentials, yesterday I received a call from the courier guy for delivering my package as he did not found anyone at my working place to receive my package on my be half but he promised to deliver them today, thank you once again. I'm changing my rate to 5 star
