Bad service

For a moment i thought the service has improved but no. I purchased combo product x2 meaning i was supposed to get 2 of everything but i received one combo. I followed up i kept getting message that they with deliver in 2-4 days or they will follow up. I took a risk to buy the product again but oh i regret.

I want my refund or deliver my order.
