Bad service at Eco Essentials

I've ordered their hair products on 15 May 2020, they sent me an email with a tracking number. I have not received the delivery, when I contact the courier company they told me that they have gone many times to collect the package but the lady gives them excuses. They don't reply to emails and they ignore WhatsApp texts and calls. What a disappointment. I just want my money back.
