Bad Service

i bought hair products for an amount of R547.46 on the 03/01/2021 at ecoessentialssa. to date i have not received my order , Order number is #1022 i received all the confirmation for my order being purchased ,and the transaction went through i have emailed them all the proof of payment, but no reply nothing..

am so disappointed by this poor service with no communication is really frustrating i feel like i have been ****** because i never received my products am trying all platforms to communicate with them , but no reply
