Bad Customer Service

Ordered (#5392) on the 4th May and still haven’t received my order. Received an email on the 1st June with tracking number however when I call the courier they said when they went to collect from Eco Essentials offices they were advised there is no parcel to collect. May I be refunded my R423.71
