Angry customer due to no delivery

I have ordered hair products last month, they sent an email stating that my order has been shipped. To date I have not received anything from them, when quering via email I am not receiving any response. The telephone number listed on their website is not working. What I want from them is my money back because they are failing to fulfill their business
