Almost 2 months later and no delivery

I ordered the full range of products from eco essentials during the black Friday special, got an email that my order was being processed etc and weeks later before Christmas I got another email stating there would be delays on the shipment dates due to high volumes. A few days later I decided to call and get more information or an estimated date for delivery and no answer, emailed them and my efforts were futile. I have screenshots upon screenshots of every single proof of this. My Facebook posts and instagram posts as well as private messages to them didn't get responded to. This Is so frustrating that such a company would do this...
