A Big ****!

Generally I am reluctant to purchase anything online, and against my better judgement on the 1st of December I ordered and paid (in full) for hair products from this company. Today is the 27th of December and I still have not received my order. The order number they gave me, when I use it on their website it says it doesn't exist. I have sent them numerous emails including DMs on their social media pages and no response. It is very disappointing for a company so big that is local. Something needs to be done about this ****. Funny enough they will bombard you with emails every other day about specials they are running but no communication on outstanding orders.
