Very bad

I ordered Ecco essentials produc(anti breakage nourish & repair collection and hairline repair serum) abt 4 weeks ago and it cost me R499. I received an email from them confirming the order and that my package is being shipped. I have not heard from them since, I tried emailing them, sent msgs on Instagram,no response. I tried going to their website where I ordered but it d I sent go through. I want my package coz I paid for it, what do I do?
