Horrible service, no communication and a huge ****.

So ecco essential claim to be the answer to your ethnic hair problems yet they are actually out to ***** from unsuspecting consumers....I read all complaints on hellopeter and decided to place an order just substantiate the claims....well the vedict is out, their service is pathetic, they dont communicate and they delete all messages you send them. I place my order on 25 November 2019 and paid same time through payfast, the payments was processed quickly and all looked good. But a week later there has been no delivery, no response to emails, facebook posts have been deleted and I have been blocked from their page. Now I am out to expose them, I dont want their products anymore but I wll be taking them down. I cant believe that so many people have been struggling with these people and no one is doing anything about it.
