Bad service

I ordered hair products on the 18th of April and received an email saying they will deliver as soon as the President allows them. In level 4 I got an email saying they will deliver but I must allow 10 days delay than usual. Till today I still haven't received my order and they are ignoring my emails. I want my money back, as I first time customer I'm very disappointed.
