Worst experience ever! They did our booking completely wrong!!

It`s the worst experience I have ever had with a booking company. Our friend turn 50 years old on Saturday the 7th of March, we did a enquiry to sleep over the Friday and spa the Saturday, Candice from the Touchdown group told us they have a policy to sleep over 2 nights, we then decided to do only the spa the Saturday, we where 5 lady`s that drove very far for this outing, when we arrive at Dunkeld the people at the spa know nothing about our booking, Candice made the booking at a spa near Brits, the people from Dunkeld told us that this was not the first mistake Candice made. They where fully booked and could not help us. We can never have her 50th birthday over a again, you made it a disgrace!!!! I asked Candice for a refund and they always say they will get back to me. They own me R3880 from March. They should have payed that money back the Monday after the weekend. Cant believe that top company's like Dunkeld deal with such a *********** company. Candice do have my telephone number and details, she knows exactly what happen. Would like to speak to the owner of the Touchdown group.
