Utterly pathetic customer service!

Wish I could rate this company 0. Worst customer service ever! Made a booking through them and have called multiple times to have it moved since they won’t give a refund and they just refuse to help. Keep giving excuses about their systems being offline and that they’ll call back but they NEVER do. Instead of speaking to someone while you’re on the call with them, they insist they’ll call you back. Been trying for weeks now. They’re quick to take the entire payment but their customer service is utterly pathetic! How much harder should it be to make such a simple change?? Also, there’s multiple number but none of them are answered. You need to try ALL the numbers until you’re blue in the face. Ridiculous!
