Touchdown

So I received a call from the travelling company to attend one of the fantastic presentation and win a travelling voucher just for attending. I decided to do so after being advised that should I not be interested in purchasing neither of the plans I will still qualify for the free voucher. After the presentation, I was persuaded to join and I did't want to disappoint the consultant so I joined but did not pay any joining fee with the hope of paying the end of the month, even after I mentioned to the consultant that I might relocate in November and hence my hesitation to join. the following Monday my relocation was confirmed and I immediately notified Touchdown by email- no feedback was received. To my suprice on the 1st of December R279.00 was deducted from my Bank account with a ref: Lifestyle TdI9381. I have sent numerous emails requesting answers, the only response received is that ' membership has been cancelled\. I need someone senior to Valencia
