They took me and my husband out for one night at the Emperor's Palace. Part of the deal was that we should attend their presentation, which we did and it sounded good.The standard was also set (@ Emperors). We signed up for a 3 year contract, but decided to cancel a month later. Strangly, they missed our request. After months of follow-up, they offered us an alleged downgrade to a 12 months contract or payment of a cancellation fee. We took the 12 month's contract as it offered holidays as well. Now, after 12 months, they tell us that we are in breach of the contract as in reality their contracts cannot be cancelled. How ABSURD. I will fight them all the way!!! JUST WARNING WHOEVER CARES TO LISTEN. THESE PEOPLE ARE LINKED TO HOLIDAY CLUB. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR LIES BECAUSE THEY OPERATE IN BAD FAITH. TOUCH DOWN GROUP = ****.
