Touch Down Group and the Go Go Getaway Guys Have ****med Me!

I was approached by the GO-GO Getaway guys at Emperors Palace earlier this year, who sell you dreams about great holiday packages. I was told by the consultant that as long I cancelled my contract within 5 days, I would be able to cancel with no charges and get a refund. I was told the contract would only take effect only after they had deducted money from my account, which we pre-scheduled, through swiping off on their speedpoint. I cancelled a whole month BEFORE this via email. NO ONE responded until they had charged this amount, and several others, on my account, using an untraceable method which took my bank over 50 days to investigate. (This company had used 'DTI Security' in their transaction description, leaving no other merchant information). I called them today and they basically claimed their manager, who is responsible for cancellations is not around. He does NOT have an email address, and direct line, and there is no one else who can assist, should I should try call sometime later next week, which they also can't ascertain! I'm frustrated. These guys have ****** from me. I need this money. I just wish they were more honest in their business practice. If anyone out there is able to help please contact me!!
