I'm starting to regret why I joined this travelling agency by the name of Touch Down Holiday , there's a lady by the name of Lindi Tshikovhi who is our bookings consultant I called her today asking her to check if accommodation is available in Durban Silversands she said she will check and get back to me, I had to call her and find out cause she didn't get back to me as promised she told me that the hotel is fully booked, I then called the hotel my self only find that there is accommodation available, I was so surprised and disappointed I then called Lindi advised her that there is space available she then tried to argue with me, what a pathetic service she gave me I would like to change her as my bookings agency as she don't know anything about Customer Service
