**** TRAVEL PRESENTATION: TOUCHDOWN GROUP for THE HOLIDAY CLUB

I was invited for free lunch/ dinner & presentation, which I did 27th Feb with Spouse. We were happy with presentation, pre-agreed to contract by paying R7,245 immediately. On the 28th Feb I received the contract with many errors starting with name, surname, monthly premiums, agreed package & a promise that a consultant requesting supporting documents. Consultant never called. I logged a query with withdrawal letter/ cancellation of the pre-agreement and requested refund. They acknowledged cancellation 28th Feb, indicated 20 days period for refund on 13th March, then Covid19 Lockdown was mention 2nd April BUT they remain quite today, 4th Nov. Travel industry is open & I wish to travel with family. Refund me & I will take a better option suitable to me.
