**** and double debits account

Cancelled my contract within 7 days they acknowledge that I have cancelled yet they go and double debit my account reverse one debit order, I then phoned them was told that I need to send a email did send the email. Once again they acknowledge it and say they will refund the money. Follow up with when they would refund it. No response from them your emails get read and ignored. Please people be aware because you can book holidays cheaper then what they say you get special rates.
