Reservation can't be confirmed for May 2016

I've been trying to make a reservation since January for the Comrades in May but I'm told I need to wait for the hotels to give them their dates for availability. Meanwhile the slogan on the card says ANYTHING! ANYTIME! ANYWHERE!??? but they can't assist me.<br> <br> I sent an email enquiring about making a reservation for May on the 3rd February 2016 in Silversands or 10 south and yet my email has still been ignored. What annoys me most it that I even specified in the email that I need accommodation in those areas for the Comrades and they can only help me for Margate?? thought it can be done ANYWHERE?? .And their excuse the last time was that I made a booking late. Now I'm making a reservation in advance and still no one can help me.<br> <br> Either they give me my money back for the contributions I've been paying towards monthly, or help me now! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from The Holiday Club to Touch Down Lifestyle by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
