Refund

I never thought I would be writing this review. But the refund management is very poor. How does it take more than 21 days to process a refund, then clear answer can be given to you on whether the refund has been processed or not. I canceled well in advance according to their terms and conditions. This is really disappointing for a large group like Touch Down.
