No feedback or help in any way

<p> In May 2015 i was invited by The Holiday for a 90 min presentation and all the wonderful advantanges of being a member was shown to me. I then signed up with a gent names Hardus who promised that i could contact the Holiday Club whenver i wanted to make a booking. I was given a booklet with the list of resorts and was promised a Membership card, it is now October 2016, i am yet to receive any card and everytime i try calling the numbers i was given or the numbers on the website, i either have to wait for long periods on end or get told to call another number. I have being paying a monthly installment every month but get no service from anyone. I want to cancel my contract immediately. Please can someone contact me urgently!!!!</p>
