i want my money back please

refusing to refund and no customer service they basically dont care about anything but customers money , i cancelled my contract in 3 days after signing got a confirmation that it was cancelled then 3 weeks later my account was debited which didnt make sense to me as i thoutht everything has been cancelled, now im forever calling them emailing them for my refund but getting no feedback even asked for a senior but forver unavailable , i just want to warn peope not to be victims like myself as im fighting a loosing battle with my hard earned money. i feel like im dealing with ******** here i regret the day they itrodued themselves to me with their sweet talks only to be rude when its time to refund us. highly disappointed.
