<p>We recently took out a contract with Touch Down but have found their service horrible. They do not keep to the contract and deduct money when it suits them. When we tried to cancel we were told that because we have signed a contract, we cannot cancel. However, this is the very same contract they did not stick to! The customer service is horrible. Rakesh, one of the agents is clueless and an accounts manager, Millandre does not know what she is talking about. To top it all off, there is nobody available to assist during 13:00 and 14:00 because the whole company is on lunch! What ridiculous business practice.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you ever get invited to signing a contract with these people, DO NOT! Rather take the holiday voucher and run. They cannot be trusted with your money. </p>
