Fed up

been waiting for more than a month now for my refund, paid R1500 for the use of the horse carriage on our wedding day, on the day, they told me they wont let me use it as the roads were too wet, i was promised my refund by the Key acc manager, and still waiting!! she's ignoring my mails and calls!!! this is ridiculous!!<br> please stay away from using any of the go touch down resorts as a possible wedding venue
