False advertising to lure people in

A guy called Kabelo called me and said I have to attend a presentation at Lifestyle in Centurion with my partner and we stand a chance to win a voucher. We went there and they presented their overly priced holiday packages which we weren't interested in, they then didn't give us a voucher, I asked Kabelo about the voucher and he promised to email it to me which he did. I have tried to redeem the voucher without success, Kabelo no longer responds to me, the emails I've sent aren't getting any response and the call centre people are just rude.
