False adverti*****t of products and long refund process

<p>In December 2015 I was sold a travel package by an agent from Touch Down Group, Pieter, at Seasons Eco in Hartebeessport. The package looked very attractive, but to my surprise when it was utilise the package, it was nothing like the guy explained. Nothing, I mean nothing that he sold to me was part of the package. The places he talked about are not even on the rental list that they send. He told me I'd be receiving membership cards for my family, 3 months later I still didn' t have those. </p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short, I cancelled my membership with them in March 2016 and demanded a refund. I was told that I will get my refund. It's now 6 June 2016, still no refund. From selling false products to taking forever to pay back my money. What kind of company is this? </p>
