I have been requesting a refund from the company since 1 March and to date I have still not received it. I spoke to the Manager and she was very unhelpful and was not able to give me any information. I then spoke to consultant and was told that I will have to wait a further 7 days before I can get my refund. This is very unprofessional and poor client service and I got in touch with this company as I did booking for accommodation through bookings. Com. Pathetic.... Disgusted

Thank you for your valuable feedback. As per the agreement with Booking.com, the company does take full payment for all bookings upfront. As per your discussion with the consultant, after the payment was taken, as a gesture of goodwill, the company refunded you the 50% with the agreement that the balance of the reservation will be paid 30 days prior to your check-in. Unfortunately due to company policy, refunds can take up to 21 days to be refunded back to the client. We do look forward to your stay with us and trust you will enjoy your time at the resort.
