Be very very careful of this company gogogetaways

I want to warn people about this gogogetaways company. I was promised heaven on earth at emperors palace in March when I joined. Did so many bookings online and called to be assisted nobody helped but every month they help themselves with my money without any problems. Now I want to cancel my contract they don't want to give me my money back R4300 it's a lot of money which I can't just give away without using it. I need money back since they can never assist me with a holiday.
