Be careful of Go Go Getaway or Touchdown Group

There is this company who has their agents operating in Emperors Palace at a restaurant or conference Hall. They call themselves GO GO Getaways and their email from touchdown group. They will promise you heaven and Earth if you join and there's free lunch and entertainment stipend they give you on the day of the presentation. They are selling holiday packages similar to time shares. Thing is they don't tell you the ugly part about the company. Yes it is very interesting and exciting. The agents are very good with brilliant selling s****s. It all started when I wanted to cancel, I struggled to get hold of the office and and agent for almost two months when I finally got hold of them they tell me about forfeiting the money they took from my account and they can only cancel the debit orders going forward. As I write this message I'm frustrated and helpless as this is suppose to be my rent money. They're refusing to pay it back. I'm thinking of approaching speak out or any other form of media to expose them and hopefully to be refunded. I don't mind paying cancellation fee but forfeiting R5390 is really crazy. If anyone can help me please do advise ********** 384.
