bad service, bogus company, bad business ethics

<p> i am appalled by the services received frm touchdown lifestyle, have 3yrs contrcat with them and cannot get accommodation, bad company and bad business ethic, dont care about their client today i am still waiting for them to book my vacation for my family sent an email on the 24th Aug 2016 and only got a response 13th Sept 2016 stating that i need to pay cash as the dates choose are over peak season, nowhere in the contract that i signed said i cannot book during peak season. </p>
