Accomodation Seasons Leisure Golf Spa

Made a booking on the 7th Jan for 2 nights including breakfast for the 10th for 12th Jan at Seasons Leisure Golf Spa in Haartebees and due to Covid regulations I decided to postpone my trip. I send an email to the group for postponement/cancellation and I got confirmation that I can get voucher. In April I send an email to the group enquiring about my voucher and a Consultant by the name Esther Engelbrecht( Touchdown-Africa) responded by saying that she is not aware of any voucher and that my booking was a no show. I then send all communication regarding my cancellation/postponement to her, to this day she has not come back to me. I send Esther an email on the 1 April,followed up 13 April and 29 April, send email to Season Golf as well no response. I am very annoyed and disappointed by the fact that no one wants to take accountability and yet they are sitting with my money.
