Waiting for my salary

<p>I worked for Mr Baker From the 10the Feb 2008, up until the 27th Nov 2016. For the 9 years I worked I think I only got paid on time 5 times, then in 2016 we started having months scap. i then decided to go to CCMA he then suspeded me & a few hours he then decided to dimiss me. He did not attend one of our hearing. Please help me with what I can do because he owes me the commisioner sent him everything & telephoned him also but he does not pick up the phone.</p> <p> </p>
