No after sales service.

<p>I was referred to Eric Copper ********** ( ********** 530) from a local security supply store here in Alberton for the purchase and installation of our security beams and additional work. Eric was polite and professional while I owed him money and the work was being done. Once paid and the work was over he disappeared. I needed help as the system was faulty and I have been struggling with false alarms to the point I don't use the system often which cost me R20'000 + as it is unreliable and triggers regularly at all hours of the morning for no reason. Weeks went by where he would ignore my calls and messages. When I did get hold of him using another phone he promised to be there but then never arrived. I am still waiting for his arrival 3 months now since installation. This is a typical case of "fly-by-night" and I want to warn other people to be cautious as he sells a great "I do all my own work myself" package but he will not come back once he has his final payment. Excuse after excuse and he never arrives. There are also issues with workmanship and saying the system would do things it actually cannot do. Please consider using professionals who are actually accountable to follow up on the work they do.</p> <p> </p>
