Terrible service
I was a client and for years they would call me every single time there was loadshedding to tell me my system was alerting. I'd ask if they could send someone to check my system. They never did. This carried on until I got fed up with calls in the wee hours and cancelled my contract with them out of desperation, just to make the calls stop. But they haven't. Seems they're so inefficient they haven't realised that I'm no longer a client.
