Pathetic service by EC Security Company

Pathetic service offered by the security company. My car was ****** inside the complex with their security guard on duty. My car was ****** around half 2 am on the 13th of October and I was only notified of the incidence at 4 am. I am not sure what happened between 2am and 4am for them to notify me an hour and half later. Had they notified me in time i would have been able to notify my tracking company. Since the incidence happened I have not received any update yet they claim the investigation is still open. The report which I received from my landlord was full of errors, the investigator claims the incidence happened on the 12th as per the report yet the incidence happened on the 13th. He kept on misspelling my name and the report appeared to be written by a school kid as it did not appear professional.
