I'm a new client and must say that I'm extremely impressed with the service received from Jacques & Gerhard. From the sales call to switching over and getting the link up, everything was done professionally, customer care and safety is truly a priority for them. Our alarm was tested and within minutes a response team was onsite, not something we are used to. Thank you!
