Extraordinary service and response time

<p>Early this morning a ***** broke into the side gate of our complex. My father encountered him and was assaulted. My mother hit the house's panic button. I was woken by the alarm going off. EC phoned me while I was still sitting up in bed. I didn't know what was going on and asked them to send a truck. By the time I'd managed to get my shoes on and had run out to find my father bleeding, the first EC Security truck was already onsite at the broken gate. I phoned EC back and asked them to please call the police as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>Rudi (who I believe is the technical head for EC) checked in with us directly (via one of the EC staff's cell phones) to see if there was any other assistance needed. When he found out that the side gate was damaged he offered to send his own welding expert then and there to fix it if we did not have someone of our own available.</p> <p> </p> <p>A second EC Security vehicle arrived a few minutes later to check on things. The police only arrived 90 minutes later, but EC left a vehicle and guard with us until the police arrived. </p> <p> </p> <p>Extraordinary excellent service all the way around that helped us through a traumatic violent experience and left us feeling safer than ever about the security company that we chose to use. Thank you to everyone on staff! </p>
