EC Security are definitely what they advertise

They are probably the best security company around & practice what they advertise. Recently had a bad experience with a SIL insurance claim for the energizer. Got a call from a Jack Nair who introduced himself as an assessor from SIL & when on my property I told him I would be using EC & he tried to persuade me to use who SIL referred & didn't do any expected tests that is normal practice. I was clear that the noise was from the keypad & the power supply & battery had been replaced in Dec18. Later when reading the sms's from SIL, I found out that he owned K&R Home Security & he rejected my claim stating Wear & Tear. I strongly refuted this & EC Security came out & did the tests required & found a loose wire connection from the energizer to fence & battery faulty. Thus no energizer replacement was necessary which had I used K&R the problem would have persisted. EC Security conducted themselves professionally & honestly & as far as my home security is concerned I made a great decision when I changed to them. They are certainly my first choice.
