Wolf in sheep vlothing

Firstly I'm extremely angry. I didn't give EC LOANS Permission to debit my account. Not for debi check etc. They have done this to other people also. I have sent numerous emails. No response. I have everything in order. I will get legal. Advice on how to proceed. U get minus zero rating
