UNAUTHORISED DEBIT and I dont have a loan

I apl**** for a loan from this company was declined and boom next month a R109.00 debit appears on my account I was never notified about any fees upon applying i want my money back or els I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer protection this is ********** and by the way loans for blacklisted? please im not blacklisted yet I was declined
