Pathetic ********( BAD SERVICE)

I am disgusted by the service...actually no service at all of EC loans..i app**** for a loan and accepted a debi check mandate. I send a follow up with regards to my application, first of all there`s no response to emails nor contact number. I believe this is a ****....after not hearing a word from them i was debited a R249.99 ….you don't get hold of anyone....I am now forced to close my bank account because i don't know if they will be debiting again...sies what a pathetic company ******** people off their money...
