no scruples

I app**** for a small cash loan yesterday. I received amessage this morning regarding an upfront fee via a debicheck which i actually did. I cannot get through to them on the phone and I am now R249.99 out of pocket. I took the loan out as I was in a small problem and I have got myself into more trouble as you cannot decline a debicheck once its been approved - this is disgusting and something should be done about it
