Funds deducted from my account - no permissoin

I would like my funds reversed into my account.<br> I have not authorized it.<br> I called the customer care center - they made me hold for a lifetime.<br> This is unacceptable, thank goodness to NAEDO we can always reverse such ******** transactions.<br> what I would like to know is why my funds were deducted.<br>
