********** Debit Order

Ec Loans are ********** they are debiting my account without my consent, Ec loans, I want nothing to do with your company, stop debiting my account, I called day before yesterday and spoke to Sonja Ackerman who could not assist me with their complaints department or escalation process and ombud details, I received the manager’s email whose always not in the office and does not reply to emails, I called 3 times yesterday and held for over 20 minutes and the 3rd time I held for over an hour, ,, their business ethics are questionable, they cant confirm their FSP license number,,, they need to be reported to the FSB, as they are bringing disrepute to the finance industry by unfairly treating customer's, misleading customer's, failing to handle their complaints.
