********** Debit Order

I app**** for a loan earlier this year which was delined. Since then they have been trying to debit my account to the amount of R199.99. I called them today only to find out that they're ********ly charging this amount whether the loan is granted or not. According to the NCA, you cannot charge an upfront fee for processing paperwork for a loan that is not granted. That is *****, pure and simple. The VERY unhelpful person that answered the phone explained that it was in their terms and conditions. When I said that I did not receive any t&c's because my loan was not granted, she said I should try and find them on their website. They prey on desperate people and con them out of money they cannot afford. They should be taken to court and ordered to reimburse everybody they have ****** from.
