Fradulant company - EC Finance

My bank account has been **********ly debited by EC Loans. I have not even heard of this financial institution until a debit order had left my account on the 23th December, Unless EC Loans are able to provide me a valid reason as to why my bank account has been debited, I am now going to seek legal action. My contact number is ********** 408.I have tried numerous times to contact EC Loans but as soon as you get caller 1 the line cuts after 20 minutes of holding.
