EC online loan deducted my on my account to a loan i never got.

I app**** for a loan 3 weeks back and i accepted the debit check. I never receive the money the deducted R249.99 twice in my account same day.

To aloan i never got. Please assist i need my money back and i can't get hold of them even on emails and call.
