EC loans ****

This company has informed me they will not take any money upfront or payment and that they will provide a approved loan, I did not get a loan up to now and it's been 4 days. The next day after I app**** I got a R249 DEBI CHECK request for R249 from them which and a email and WhatsApp saying after you approve the Debi check someone will contact you to finalize the loan amount which has never happened. I sent them emails asking them for assistance but they ignore the emails I then ask for Them to cancel the Debi check for R249 and still got no response back from them.

I also tried completing the contact form on there website to cancel the Debi check but they ignoring me and my bank is not able to cancel it

Please help me
